Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We're confident Astora works. So confident that if you try your patches and aren't completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we'll give you a full refund — including on opened and used products.
To claim your guarantee:
- Email hello@astora.com.au within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a brief note on your experience
- We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day
- Once we receive the product we'll process your refund straight away
Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Standard Returns
Prefer to return an unopened product? We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Email hello@astora.com.au with your order number and reason for return and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service — Astora Skincare cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect we'll cover return shipping entirely.
Refunds
All approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as described contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@astora.com.au with photos of the issue. We'll organise a replacement or full refund straight away — your call.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned outside of the satisfaction guarantee or faulty item policy: gift cards and sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
Australian Consumer Law
This policy works alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law — it does not limit them. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
