We ship every order with care from Brisbane, Australia. Here's everything you need to know.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders over $45 and on all Refill Pack subscriptions — automatically applied at checkout, no code needed.
Orders under $45 are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
- Metro areas — 1 to 3 business days
- Regional and rural areas — 2 to 5 business days

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched you'll receive an Australia Post tracking number by email. You can track your parcel any time at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.
We Only Ship Within Australia
At this stage Astora ships to Australian addresses only. We hope to change that soon.
